My Quarterly Analysis Routine

November 24, 2020

Hey friends! Who else can not believe we are only a month and a half away from the new year?! What a crazy rollercoaster 2020 has been—a year full of undoubtable lows but incredible highs, lessons, and new experiences.

Like you, I have some exciting business goals for 2021. One of them being staying on top of behind the scenes business stuff, including checking in on my business throughout the year.

I’m definitely not a competitive person by nature, but comparing myself now to my past self always lights a fire under my butt. I love seeing growth, reflecting on what has worked well and what hasn’t, and using that to plan for the future. I think it’s something every business owner should be doing!

So next year I will be—for the first time—doing detailed quarterly analyses of my studio… and I’m so excited about it!

I’m the type of person who loves to have tangible workbooks or notes to refer to and file away. So, to help me achieve this new goal of mine I put together a quarter analysis workbook. And, I want to share it with you.

I had SO much interest in this guide when I mentioned it on INSTAGRAM… I can’t wait for you to grab a copy and use it for yourself.

What’s in the guide?

It’s a detailed walk-through of everything I plan to document when I do my quarterly analyses. It’s meant to be used right away, with fill-in-the-blanks and a short summary of how to use each section on every page. It will help you to keep track of your quarterly goals, revenue, social media and website metrics, and more.
